At Novo Healthcare, our purpose is simple: to ensure every child and young person feels loved, safe and valued. We want the time they spend with us to be filled with positive memories, meaningful experiences and real opportunities to achieve their full potential.

We recognise and build on each young person’s strengths by having a one-one discussion with them, supporting them to understand their emotions, manage their behaviour and grow in confidence. From this discussion, we develop a care and support plan that is unique to you. We actively promote education, training and employment opportunities, encourage participation in positive activities and help develop essential life and social skills. By taking a holistic approach, we support young people to work towards their long-term goals, whether that is returning home (where appropriate), moving to foster care, stepping into supported or independent accommodation or progressing into further education, training or employment.

Our team nurtures and supports every young person to help them make sense of their past experiences; while ensuring they are protected from emotional, mental and physical harm. Your care We provide a warm, caring and safe environment where young people can have fun, feel a sense of belonging and simply enjoy being children.

Where reunification with family or transition to foster care is appropriate, we work proactively to achieve this at the earliest suitable opportunity. For those who require longer-term care, we offer stable, alternative family-style placements designed to provide consistency, security and a strong sense of home.
